In plain English: a commercial or industrial customer — a textile mill, a cement plant, a hospital — wants captive solar or wind power. Renfra does everything. It finds the land, buys it, runs the feasibility study, gets grid connectivity from TANGEDCO, designs, procures, builds, commissions, and then maintains the asset for years afterwards. So it's an EPC business with a land-and-approvals moat wrapped around it. As of May 2026, they've completed 462 megawatts across 127 customers, have 139 megawatts under execution, and run O&M on about 601 megawatts of assets.
